    Depending on what you want out.
    If you are looking for SIZE-go with higher volume.
    Strength then go with heavy weight less volume.

    1. You didn’t mention that you should go slower on the reps. TIme under
    tension is what tears muscle fibers.
    2. If you try to teach something, give full instructions. You didn’t bother
    to say that you should have your back STRAIGHT all the time when you do the
    deadlift.

    I’m over 350 lbs and want to start back lifting weights. I did 3 sets of 10
    reps and I also do 30 minutes or 3000 steps on the elipitical. I do this at
    the gym at least 3 days a week. My question is is this too much?

    STARTS CHANTING MY NAME AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE LIGHTS DIM AND A DISCO
    BALL COMES DOWN AND ALL THE BITCHES START GRINDING ON MY COCK AND KEEP
    TRYING TO GET ME TO FUCK THEM. SO I GET PISSED, PUNCH A LOCKER TOTALLY
    DESTROYING IT, GET TO MY TURBO MURCIALAGO, DROP THE TOP DOWN WHILE ALL THE
    BITCHES GO CRAY AND THROW THEIR PANTIES AT ME. LIGHT UP A CIG, PUT ON MY
    GLASSES LIKE A BADASS, REV UP TO 8000RPM DROP THE CLUTCH AND PEEL THE FUCK
    OUT.
