    I am a novice “spinner”, and while I enjoyed this workout, my legs aren’t
    strong enough for positions 2 or 3, so I have to stay in position 1. I’m
    hoping to get strong enough to be able to last more than 5 seconds in
    positions 2 and 3.

    This ladies has no resistance (or maybe just lite resistance) look at them,
    their bouncing on the bike. In my class, if I see you bouncing I will call
    you and tell you ADD MORE RESISTANCE. Burn that legs, make your heart
    explode. Put a lot of effort :) 

    Just do RPM (Les Mills) much better than this :)

    The video is a great way to SWEAT inside of 30-minutes. BUT it has some
    production flaws (the four 45-second sessions are called out only to three
    45-second sessions..NBD) but you HAVE to remove the 15-second mid-roll
    advertisement that comes up during the first 30-second workout. After the
    standing 15-seconds the commercial pops up and then the video continues the
    back half of the 30-second session….Please fix
