    My 2nd time around and this is still a lower body killer!
    .
    When I first tried this, I didn’t have the needed flexibility and balance.
    I couldn’t keep my legs as straight as possible, perform the Leg Circles
    properly, often lost my balance in the Kneeling Rear Leg Raise, couldn’t
    squeeze properly in the Bent Knee, and more.
    .
    Now at round 2 of one of FB’s program, I can execute all of the routines
    better. Flexibility and balance has improved significantly. I still need to
    work on the proper breathing. Thanks a lot Fitness Blender. :)
